How to get a Nedro House

Here you can find some information regarding the way we work together with our customers to get to the final point: their Nedro house, ready to move in. Of course, this is general information, depending on your particular situation these steps my be a little different.

 

In this phase we exchange information about your needs and our capabilities and we discuss price levels in general terms. We try to find out if our possibilities, as manufacturers, can fit your dreams and needs, as future house owners.

 

In this phase we make a specified calculation based on your initial design. This could be one of our designs, but, most important, it could also be your design. In this way, the Nedro house can be the house of your dreams. All you need is a pencil and a paper to make your design, it is that simple. A floorplan, main dimensions, doors and windows. After that, we will help you bring these sketches to live, using CAD software. Also, in this phase, we will provide you a quotation.

 

In this phase we agree on the contract terms for production, transport and final assembly of the house. Also, you need to pay the advance deposit agreed in the contract, usually 35-40% from the final value of the contract.

 

Architectural project and building permits

 

First step in building phase is to make the foundation on wich we will start build the Nedro house. This can be done with your construction company, to wich we provide de foundation plans, or it can be done by us.

 

For the average house you should take into consideration aproximately five weeks for production, one week for transport and five weeks for the final assembly on the foundation. After final assembly comes the installations: electricity, plumbing, heating. Most home owners take care of this part themselves, but we can do it as well, if you wish.
