Yes, we use only wood that was dried until it reaches 8% humidity, the standard value for wood used in construction.

We can provide you some of our old projects, depending on your preferences, or we can make a new project together, starting from some simple sketches - we have enough experience to guide you. Also, you can send us a project you have found over the internet, or a project discussed with your architect - one of our best qualities is flexibility, so we can build almost everything you can imagine.

The type of foundation needed has more to do with the properties of the soil and ground on the building site and the size of the house. You can use any type of foundation (pier foundation, strip foundation, base slab). This decision should be made by the authorised architect, depending also on your local regulations.
